AKKIJ is a solo exhibition by Egyptian-born, Edinburgh-based artist Fathi Hassan, exploring themes of identity, memory, and language through paintings, drawings, and calligraphic works spanning over four decades of his practice. Named after the artist's Nubian childhood name, the exhibition reflects on cultural heritage and ancestral memory. AKKIJ is held at Richard Saltoun Gallery.
